I recently purchased a portable air compressor for my Jeep so I can air up tires after airing down while 4-wheeling. The air compressor came with alligator clips which are not real handy. The custom cable, 6 ga x 4 ft. with an Anderson 50amp SB connector, from Battery Stuff was just the ticket for my project. The custom cable is accessible at the front of my Jeep and makes connecting the air compressor very convenient. I placed an Anderson SB connector on the air compressor cable to mate with the connector on the custom cable. I am very pleased with the cable from Battery Stuff. Very good quality.

The addition of the Corrosion Proof Safety Boot and a dust cover for the SB connector, by Anderson, would be sweet additions to the cable and make the connector weather proof.

I needed a high amp quick and shielded connection. I have multiple inverters and use high amp cable that I set up on site. My truck is cabled with two batteries that stay on the truck, I then have a smaller Lawn / Garden battery that I connect to the truck and the inverters to it directly.

The extra battery is to stabilize the voltage when the inverters pull more current during load spikes, the cable alone cannot supply enough power because of it's length. ANYWAY, this cable and connector I bought is to make attaching the smaller battery to the system simpler and easier and quicker and safer. It has done that beautifully .

I had to bend the connections a little because it was a loose connection and not transferring power.
