This Battery Tender Power Tender charger has a higher 5-amp output and was designed for charging and maintaining larger batteries such as a smaller deep cycle battery, car, truck, or riding lawn mower batteries. It is an ideal charger for everyday charging or long-term storage and maintenance. This charger was also designed to replace the 022-0157-1 and 022-0142-DL-WH in the California market.
