Sooner or later, you will get a product which dies prior to (hopefully), the warranty expiring. That is a manufacturing certainty (sooner or later at least!). Well, my 3rd Scorpion motorcycle battery passed away 11.5 months into its 12 month warranty. Having a new mailing address, but no original paperwork, thank goodness I reached Anthony at Batterystuff.com's customer service department! One phone call and a few emails regarding my batteries test results, provided a replacement battery delivered to my front door.

Whew! Thank goodness for my battery kicking the bucket while still under warranty, and Anthony (in your Oregon office), for making its replacement a simple one. Good Job! Very appreciated, Mel Kim, a Batterystuff.com repeat customer.

After using a cheep battery that quit working after 1 rollover, I bought a Scorpion. Then I left the key on and drained it dead. The timer on my charger malfunctioned and killed the battery. They sent me a new one for free.

After 4 cartwheels and landing upside down, it still works. Allowing me to crash again and break my tie rod and my wrist.

This is the 2ed one of these I've bought. the first one gave great service fo a full 5 years.

Fits good. However they have changed the way the cable bolts are. It was much harder to install than the first one I got, however it dose work fine. Just wish they would not have made this change.
